I am eternally grateful to the long term commitment of Jane Roberts and Robert F. Butts, who worked for many years to bring the Seth Material to millions of readers worldwide.

I would also like to express my gratitude to 'Seth' himself, who introduced me, through his books, to the concept of the multi-dimensional reality of the soul; the interpretation of dreams; and the concept that our physical body, and our living reality, is created afresh every moment and every day of our existence.

Despite many revelations, I grappled with these concepts for many years. Later, through my interaction with a large number of indigenous Australians, I came to realise the truth of Seth's concept, that the eternal now is our individual ‘point of power’. That our lives are indeed, The Dreams of Our Dreaming; the healing dreams of our soul cast in flesh and blood, projected with love to explore our co-creativity as living gods, with full awareness of our sacred place within the eternal dream, a dream we call, our 'living now'.

A Special Message to the Reader 

This book of poetry and poetic prose has been partly derived from earlier work compiled in the completed typescript of the book ‘War and Independence’ (1993), originally written by myself under the pen-name Allan Done. The original poetry has been added to with pieces written in the intervening years, as well as a substantial body of new work written since October 2008.

Both poetry and dreaming are the natural symbolic languages of the soul. The beauty of poetry is that it lends itself easily to the expression of tiered layers of symbolism in short phrases. It is also the natural language of the heart and the preferred means of communication whenever feelings and emotions need to be expressed in words.

Poetry has its own rhythms and cadences. Its music is made up as much by the silences between words and phrases, as by the phrases themselves. To get the most from this book I urge you to read and re-read the poems and text several times until you get the natural rhythm of each verse. When read aloud, the words have a definite power that will assist you to assimilate the ideas. In writing these verses, even though the ideas for each one came into my mind as discrete compositions, I still had to read and re-read my notes many times, playing with the phrases to arrive at a composition that, as accurately and coherently as possible, conveys the multi-dimensional sounds, images and ideas presented.

Perception

It is often said,

that we cloud our shared perception

limiting both our current and future experience,

collective fears and value judgements,

that limit our current perception of reality?

And if such a shift is possible,

can we use it to empower ourselves, to explore anew

the wonder, richness and creativity of the

multi-dimensional tapestry that surrounds us all?
